More Michigan Cheating

I think Michigan has a new cheating scandal. The name of the University of Michigan was stolen from a "Welcome to Michigan" sign on I-75 just north of the Michigan/Ohio border. Both the University of Michigan and the State of Michigan spell Michigan the same way. Plagiarism, I think. Apparently, this was leaked by the ohio state head football coach. The NCAA will be investigating this for quite a while.

If these Coeds have a case (and I believe they do), any good attorney is going to sue everyone (University of Michigan would be considered a person in a lawsuit) they consider to be part of the case. Michigan has the deep pockets, and Harbaugh isn't a financial sloth either. Most likely they will be held culpable for vicarious liability.

However, this has nothing to do with cheating, and is not relevant to this thread. You are not the only one to most post useless information due to alleged Michigan "Cheating". I also have posted useless stuff, there are probably 6,982 useless posts on this thread. In order to get to 10,000 you gotta count all the useless posts.

To be fair, if we started a new thread every time there was an update about Michigan cheating or was sleazy page 1 of the CFB board would be flooded with posts about Michigan.

100%. Creepy dude, needs to do prison time, if the accusations are true. Their attorneys are going to find a way to connect Michigan to this, or they are not doing their jobs. I am not a believer in the media, so I really don't know much about this case. We'll wait and see on this, but criminal activity outside his duties is not cheating (unless I find out more).

None relevant to the case. No one on here knows enough to testify. It depends whether you support Michigan or not. All I know from this thread is someone bought someone a cheeseburger, and a horse (Stallions) went to a CMU game wearing Google Glasses. Apparently, Michigan was decoding signs from University Football Teams that were too stupid to make the signs complex.

Maybe when information is released, we will find out more, or maybe it's nothing at all.

No one knows how much Notre Dame cheats (or any other school). Waiting out the process will not get us to 10,000 posts, so keep posting away.

Sorry your former OC is a sleaze and your former HC and President were implicated in the law suit. Like I said, if we started a new thread every time Michigan cheated, lied, or were sleazy, the whole 1st page would be littered with it.

I presume that you've never talked about a lawsuit prior to the verdict then?

I've never presumed innocence or guilt this entire time. Again, your former HC is being sued because your former OC was a creep (with 24 indictments I can safely say that) and according to the lawsuit he/they knew about it. Nobody said anything about Harbaugh's innocence or guilt.

It's certainly newsworthy if Michigan knew about this and still let him coach. And that's what the lawsuit suggests. Again, somebody was just merely pointing that out and didn't add anything else. Just the fact of what it was.
