Yeah geography and obviously sports was in my wheel house. I can't remember the other topics but I was OK there too. But I failed miserably when a famous poet was the correct answer in Arts and Literature.

I put it in my checking account. It was only 10 grand minus taxes.

The union pension board started the 401k after I had already retired. $2 an hour instead of a wage increase.

The only money I had in there was from when I worked as a retiree.

The high yield ones were high, until they dropped interest rates. My AMEX one dropped from about 1.25% to 0.7% in about a year.

Amex and Discover are the two best I've found. Discover is just soooo simple that I end up just rolling it back into a new CD.
 
Good morning good people. A lot of football games cancelled this weekend. We need to expand the season so we can get in some makeup games.

Gotta order some food in tonight. Getting tired of yogurt. I think Chinese would do the trick. Watched Man vs Food last night. The guy had to eat a large hamburger and 2 lbs of fries. Everything was coated in some hot burning sauce. Why ruin good fries with hot sauce?

Damn, my coffee is good this morning. Tried some Folger's instead of Maxwell House. I might change permanently. I don't like fancy coffee's. Just black with nothing added.

Thought for the day: I still can't see any purpose in a rocking chair. You can do it all day, but you never get anywhere.

Yeah I was disappointed not to be able to see Taulia Tagovailoa play tomorrow for Maryland, he's really something. Wasn't really looking forward to another 55-14 drubbing.
