I watched a neighborhood kid totally bite it racing bikes versus other kids then he got run over by his brother on a power scooter and my only reaction as I calmly watched from my porch as other parents screamed in terror and ran to his rescue was “Ope, there he goes.”

If the kid can't handle the bike he shouldn't be racing it. Totally deserved IMO

Agree. That will teach him to look backwards when racing bikes. Some lessons are tougher than others.
