Anybody ever heard of a weight lifting program called lift 4? That what I do everyday. It helps you tone your muscles

I was doing HIIT workouts at the beginning of the year, then COVID hit and I decided that wasn't the direction I wanted to go. Since changing gears at the beginning of August, I've put on 5 pounds and cut my BF by 3%. Goal is to add another 10 lbs and cut another 5-7% BF.

Ex-wife is bat shit crazy. Apparently she owes even her mom money and she told her mom that the settlement payment I paid her was the wrong amount so they sent it back to me and she doesn't have any money. :facepalm:
