



We grew up with artificial trees in the house. Apparently, when I was a little 'tard, my parents used to get live trees, and I would always get sick around Chrimmus. Apparently some people, such as yourn truly, have allergies to the mold that forms on cut trees. So we bought an artificial tree, and we've had them since.I keep looking at the ones at treetopia, but then I think of the scent and how much I love a live tree and I just don't know if I can do it. But this Alexander Fir keeps making googly eyes at me![]()

So yeah, I don't even notice the "real tree" smell not being in the house, since it's been over 30 years since we have had one in the house anyway.
And shit, if they're already close to a hundo for live, you're practically printing money for yourself if you get a fake tree to last.
