I know how annoyed I was at the one gas station where it happened to me. I don't want to imagine how annoyed I would be, especially if I was in "shot-fuse" mode, if it happened to me all the time!

Dude. I legit stick it high, low, sideways, upside down, on the wrong side so the hose has to go over the top-ish. Max no-hands time is probably 5 seconds.

So many times, I just want to pull the hose out and spray gas all over the place just to prove a point.

It's one of the ticks in Oregon's favor that they aren't allowed to pump their own gas.

Whatever happened to the gas stations that did that for you? Why did they stop doing that? Rude as hell.

I lived in Oregon for a year, and that shit blew my mind at first. Like I was tryna wrassle the fucking pump outta the fuckers hands en shit. LOL
 
Dang. I'm getting all annoyed rn because I know I have 3/4 of a tank but need to drive out of town next week and will need to refuel at some point. Maybe I'll do it sooner than later so I only have to stand there to refill a quarter tank.

There was a panic in this in Jersey maybe a year or so ago about people needing to pump their own gas that the state's own twitter account had to come out and reassure people.



The best complaint I saw then was complaining how if she had to pump gas she'd be exposed to the fumes, but like....wouldn't an attendant be sitting in them all day?

Ugh. I hate everything again!

I need to get Big Boss in for a covid test, but it has to be within 3 days of his travel. He doesn't have a GP here, so i'm trying to get him in at a clinic or a drive-through. The clinics want to do a video screening first and the drive-throughs don't let me schedule out far enough. I can't just hope he can get an appointment as the day draws closer. I have every minute of his day packed with meetings! On top of that, I'm hearing that he can't do the same day rapid test because int'l travel requires a certain test that takes 3-4 business days to get the results. He travels on a Saturday, so he has to take the test on a Wednesday. If they don't get the results back to him on Friday, I'm fooked. :gaah:
