Good morning good people. Busy morning. Already 4 spammers have called. One nurse is here, and the dog is barking. So, everything sounds normal.

I watched a MAC game last night. Akron and Kent State. Akron has to have the worst Div. 1 school in the country. It was like watching a high school team. If you like scoring it was great. No defense out there.

I did a virtual video call with a doctor yesterday. First one I've ever done. Really creepy. Not used to seeing my mug on the little phone.

Thought for the day: I'm wearing all black today to mourn the death of my motivation.

my poops have been weird lately...I am not eating or drinking anything different so not sure what's causing it.

Green or brown is pretyy normal.
