Someday I'll go back. Sure as hell won't be anytime soon though. Already told our parents we aren't coming for the holidays.

Uninvited the in-laws from Thanksgiving at our house too. Made the call last night.

i don't think i posted about poconos weekend. it was dope. felt great to get out of the city. deer and wild turkeys everywhere. they were just chilling in our yard sometimes. didn't see any bears though, sad.

the house had a hot tub outside and we used tf out of it. it got into the 20s. got high as balls.

booked covid test #2 for the first week of december which i'll need for the saint john trip

We rented a cabin in Whistler one summer that had a hot tub on the back patio. Two bears came strolling out of the woods towards the patio and we all had to hightail it inside the house.

Technically we just told them the new MN restrictions and they said, "Yeah, I think we should probably stay home." I oversold that one a bit.

There's a reason we very happily encouraged them to build a house out on Mr. Kobe's brother's ranch.

"Oh, your house burned down? I'm sure there's room in one of the other two houses out there on the compound."
