Make some of that "pigs in a blanket" stuff that @kobesgame loves so much.I guess my uncle has a cow that's not producing anymore, so they're grinding it up. Might take about 25 lbs of hamburger from that. Obviously, fairly low quality, but should work perfectly fine in casserole type dishes, where the meat isn't the "star"
