Short Work Week Monday

It is kind of a pain now... Making us "register" for hour long time slots. I'll play along for a little while, I suppose

no, I am asking if we should offer to help. The work itself is not work that needs to go through my area.

in end, I offered to help in the future if they wanted it.

Proform makes the home models of equipment. Kind of like the John Deere you buy at Home Depot. It has their badge but cheaper built

Mrs Pnk had it down to two.

I forget the other brand, it was a newer company is all I remember. It was a little cheaper, so I advocated for that one, but it was her decision

^^^ That's all you need if you have a decent bicycle. Much quieter than a "wind" trainer and the bike mounts on it in seconds once you've change out the rear axle which also takes a few minutes and requires no tools on a good bike. Shift gears to increase or decrease the resistance and all of this can be done in your living room while you watch your own TV or listen to your own tunes.
