mmm got sub from bar not too far. the owners used to own a bar on campus and had a little sub shop attached, it was tore down for luxury apartments (what every college campus needs more of) and I was sad to see it go.

Found out a friend that owes me about $300 got scammed by some old guy, and he's taking him to small claims court.


WTF is he doing loaning money that he doesn't have to other people.


Or did I get scammed by someone who got scammed

I consider the true Midwest to be Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin. I can see a reasonable argument for Iowa and Minnesota. Past that feels more like The Plains to me
