I tried a palm tree one year for something different. But it died soon after I planted it. Must not have used the right fertilizer

I have a couple palm trees. We have to take them inside every winter or all the leaves will fall off.

You basically plant them in sand. Almost no dirt, so if you planted them in dirt, that's why they died.

The piano is probably the least favorite thing in my marriage. We have it because the in-laws' old house couldn't support it. It was my wife's grandmother's piano, had been in my aunt's house until she sold the place.

Thing takes up a third of the living room, and needs probably several thousand dollars of work to get it back into playing condition.
