Christmas is a Christian holiday. If you celebrate Christian holidays you’re not an atheist.

Christmas has also become a secular holiday.

If part of your Christmas celebration involves attending a Christian service, you are most likely (but not necessarily) Christian.

If the extent of celebrating Christmas revolves around a tree, Santa, and mistletoe, you most likely (but are not necessarily) not Christian.

Unless you have some Bible verses where Jesus talked about decorating conifers and having some fat old dude come down the chimney that you'd like to share with the class.
