By this logic, if you have a lighted up tree in your house, that means you aren't really a Christian because the lighted up tree comes from Paganism.

As I've stated numerous times; I've never celebrated Christmas as a religious holiday.

To me it's just always been a corporate holiday that gets me out of work and I get to waste money on gifts and get drunk with family.

It’s really that simple. I stopped being a regular practicing Christian in my mid 20s. The only thing that changed for me from the Christmas I knew as a child and raised my daughters in is we didn’t go to church on Christmas Eve.

Everything is has been the same.

Religious holiday first, my ass.

I really couldn't care less, but I can understand why people who take the holiday as a religious thing could take umbrage.

Like, I don't think public schools should be teaching about lord baby Jesus and such, but I see no issue with Santa and pine trees.
