You are incorrect. Watch it and get back to me. The whole thing is based on Christmas. Nothing in that movie would happen without Christmas. Plus he ends up back with his family just like many other Christmas movies. This is different than something like Lethal Weapon, which just takes place at Christmas but could have just as easily happened in July.

You can debate order but that's the list.

For the record you can include Die Hard 1 and 2 and Iron Man 3 as Christmas movies that deserve love but they aren’t the Christmas movie. I love the MCU and Alan Rickman but they are timeless classics you can watch in July. The "Christmas movie list" is about shows you watch in late December because this time of year is when you watch them.
 
I don't think Hallmark has made it yet, but they're getting close.
 
On the real, Hogfather, Vacation, Scrooged.

Huh. I only watch Die Hard once a year. It'll be in the next couple of weeks.

The central theme is not Christmas. It just happens during a Christmas party.

You are wrong again. Lethal Weapon just happens during Christmas. Die Hard has Christmas themes throughout the whole movie.
