I like to add some tapatio to garlic cheese grits, but if you like really hot, and only if you like really hot, nothing beats this:

In my 20's and 30's, I'd have been all over that stuff. Back then I'd eat jalapenos as a snack.

Now, not so much. lol

I think I have a cast iron stomach, or something.
I may not eat quite as much insanely hot food as I used to, but I still eat a lot of it.

btw, I've been meaning to ask - How's beautiful li'l jinx doing?

She's doing good. Getting bigger. My wife laughs because one her things she likes to do is do something she's not supposed to like climb the screen door. I'll get after her for it, she runs and hides under the couch. Then 2 minutes later she jumps in my lap and starts purring. lol
