Do you even lift?

I barely do now. Heaviest DB I have is 70lbs.

I haven't lifted since I was in my 20's.

Just didn't see a reason to keep it up.

I lift things

The gym has a spray bottle that has hand sanitizer. It's smaller than the disinfectant bottles, and clear instead of blue.

But I saw 3 people use it to wipe down equipment today...

I'll put it this way.

There's a 55 pound sack of dog food sitting behind me that I haven't put in the container yet. It's been there for 4 days now. Just feeding the dog out of the sack.
Noticed this morning that the wife finally poured the dog food into the container.

Lift 3 times a week at home and another 2-3 days of cardio. Just trying to maintain as much strength and muscle mass as I can while losing weight.

I used to have a weight set but I pretty much gunned it about 15 years ago. I found that lifting weights is just too hard on the joints, at least for me it was. I used to be a fairly avid runner, but that has become too hard on the knees.

These days, I like to climb hills with the wifeage and dog, bike ride, and bash on my hand drums on a daily basis. Between all of that and my job, I seem to be reasonably fit and fit looking.

This chick uses our apartment gym to "train" people. Fucking group of 4 people taking up space in front of one of the things I wanted to use yesterday, and I'm guessing only one was a resident. They didn't even move over when I started using it, but when I ended up getting within a few inches of one, they scooted.

Fuck outta my gym.

Stopped lifting when I was 42 after I ruptured a couple of vertibrae.
