WTF is wrong with Wisconsin?

I'm sorry, I learned when I was a wee lad not to eat raw beef.
I was born, raised and have lived almost my whole life in Wisconsin... I've never heard of that shit.

Thanks, CNN, for painting all Wisconsinites as cannibalistic retards! 🖕

Every Texan is a gun-toting secession nut, welcome to the club :suds:

my wife is from Wisky. we've been married 28 years. I've never even heard of this until today. so, I think you're all retards for completely different reasons

No, they are Wisconsinites. That stuff is popular in the state.
Do they wash it down with a nice glass of puddle-water?

Mostly an older tradition that is making a comeback. Have had raw beef and onions for the last 3 seasons and all who participated are fine.

CNN can suck my fat cock.

Ain't no hipster, but then we don't call that a cannibal sandwich either. They are called Tiger Sandwiches and I have eaten many of them. The secret is the type onion and mustard. I prefer spicy brown mustard and white onions. And only fresh-ground burger.

Steak tartare is fucking delicious.

It's not made from ground beef from Wisconsin, though.

Looks like you emptied a cat litter box on your plate.

Yeah, with the bread, onions and mustard, it seems like a Wisconsin version of steak tartare.

I've eaten it plenty of times made out of freshly ground (or more often chopped) tenderloin, WITH a raw egg on top.

Suck it, peasants.

Sort of like Eggs Benedict turned into an Ham Egg McMuffin

Roger that. Our preference is the cocktail rye with a sliver of sweet vidalia onion. Good shit.

Years ago, my mother decided to get fancy and packed a lobster jello mold with raw beef as she though the presentation would be cool. Imagine what it looked like

We all laughed our asses off all night.
