It's tuesday, where are you people

Had 2 mayo and bacon sammiches on toasted bread.

Are you one of those people who drag giant garbage bags filled with empty pop bottles and beer cans into those closed off zones in the grocery store with sticky floors and shove them into machines for a few cents in the name of saving Earth?
I don't live in Michigan

Good thing you aren't married to me. Because that shit wouldn't fly.

If we were married and you wanted to recycle I wouldn’t care. I’m not anti recycling I just don’t participate in the hobby.

Same to my kids and Mr. Kobe. Lord help them if I find a toilet paper roll or cereal box in the trash.
She went to throw something away this morning.

Me: that's recyclable

A foam noodle. Someone's missing NBA basketball!

Since were on the subject of how useful things can be for other purposes - I cut those noodles up and slice them down the middle and use them to safeguard corners on dressers and stuff so my lil guy doesn’t take his eye out running around the house.

I'd argue it certainly isn't a hobby and it is pretty much the easiest thing you can do to have a less negative effect on the environment, but knowing it won't change your mind, I won't argue it.

Yep. Takes maybe 5 minutes extra of my time each week.

I make my kids come pull anything that is recyclable that they threw away out of the trash and into the recycling bin.

Once we get our pole barn built in the spring, I'll have my spot for composting. We'll be down to probably 30% trash and 70% recyclable/compostable material.

When I lived in a house 3 places ago, I set up a little composing area out back. Definitely do that again when I can

See, I feel like its your hobby. Not theirs. If you want to recycle stuff you should pull it out of the trash.
