GAME Alamo Bowl: #20 Texas v. Colorado | 8CT | ESPN

I never really understood the hype around Ehlinger, but I will say that the kid is a warrior.

Why run the play in the red zone that is slow developing and that has three receivers cross each other in the middle of the field ... especially with a new QB?
hiw Fucking dumb is Herman?!?

Well, there goes the under! lol

Did we just fair catch at the one.
EDIT: I forgot about the rule change.

LMAO. PERFECT THROW. HEY LONGHORNS, remember what a good pass looks like?

Herman giving another pretender speech. Joke.

Colorado from the PAC-12
Texas from the Big12

Colorado wins.

How does Texas look like a hot knife through butter for 2-3 plays then cant get out of its own way for 3-4 plays?
Welcome to the Tom Herman era

He's the QB we needed, Shane Buchele for as good as he is as a passer.. is fragile. Sam had size and toughness to shake off hits. His best year was his sophomore season and from there the playcalling and development never progressed.

Thompson looked good but I'm not quite sold on him heading into the Spring. He and Card have a battle upcoming and let the best man win (Pro-Casey here).

Urbs has to be taking a big double take.. Thompson seems promising at QB, Bijan will be the best RB in the country next season. For all the negative things we have said about the OL.. seems that it was hindered by Herb Hand AND Herman. As soon as they are forced to make changes and start younger players, they get better. Majors should have been playing C since the beginning of the season. Kertsetter should have stayed at RT and Tyler Johnson should have started at RG. Karic, another true freshman, held his own at LT for the second straight game.

Team is still loaded with talent, however it takes a hit with the '19 class being gutted and the lackluster '21 class so far. '22 can still be special because the state is LOADED with bluechips, but it won't til Herman is gone.

Seems Herman and Texas love the Alamo Bowl. Maybe this annual appearance in the Alamo Bowl is a recruiting tactic to that portion of Texas?

it's been two trips to the Alamo for Tom.. but he's undefeated at every bowl game he's coached in.
