I've been waking up at 430 lately, wondering if I should just make that my normal get up and ride time. I'm not a morning workout guy.

It you get up at 4:30 AM you may as well get a paper route and make some money.
 
I'm either going to bed at 4:30, or getting up to pee, or if I fall asleep early staying up. Regular sleep habits went bye-bye when I retired.
 
If youre not 10 minutes early, youre late.

15 has always been my rule. I was usually closing a loan from the night before at 9am while others on my team were just dragging their butts in. Takes 15 minutes just to warm up the computer, open up all the programs and pour a cup of coffee. Work starts at 9. Not 9:15.
 
Rolling into the bar at 11:30-midnight was always mine and my crews jam. Good times.
That's what we would do early 20's. Drink at an apartment, cab to bars, close then down. Started going out earlier as we got older

Nowadays we all party in each other’s backyards or garages. Now and then we will all caravan to a karaoke bar late but usually we just pitch a bonfire and chill.
 
Caffeine?
Some sugars/quick carbs are good in the morning. I used to just drink a Gatorade along with caffeine and some other stuff in the morning

Dehydrated, but I have coffee too, but only one cup.

Body needs the sugar...and I'm not going to do preworkout for a spin ride
