My family is German too.. but being in America in the late 1600s. And settling in the south it evolved into pork of some kind.. black-eyed peas and collard greens

We went out for lobster - and it was fuckin' great. Of course it was the good kind - with no claws.
Had a "Hangover" burger at the sports bar. 1/2 lb pattie, pepperjack, bacon and an over easy egg.
Munched Chex Mix all day that we made Thursday night. Then some vegetable soup.
