Thirsty Thursday

Trying to clear up a couple bills from Little Guy's birth. One is for the ambulance from the local hospital to the university hospital.

Call in, according to the message, there are zero people ahead of me in the queue. After about 30 seconds on hold, I get directed to either leave a voicemail or a callback number and hang up.

I mean, I guess it's better than being on hold, but it seems a little odd.

It will be an pain in the ass to wait for a return phone call but look at it this way... When (and if) you get call back they should have all your information pulled and and clearly have an understanding of what happened and why bill was the way it was...Instead of just spit balling when they have you on the phone and hang up on you.

I am sure that's not why they did that to you but I am trying to think positively

At this point, we just need to get them some info from the insurance company. The insurance company is supposed to be in touch with them as well, but who knows how long they will take.

The manager said he can come back 10 days since he first started showing symptoms with a note from a doctor. The one guy who works from home 3 days a week is throwing a fit that it's "too soon".

Yeah I know how that goes. I used to work for Aetna as Customer Service Rep.. Fun times..... NOT... Good luck..
