damn, i've heard the term liquor cabinet, but liquor closet? I think you may have a problem.
We had an area where we put the bar that had an ideal size for a small closet. The contractor just framed it out and put the door on it. I'm going to hang a few shelves in there, and that's where most of the booze is going. Beer fridge is currently in there, and will stay there.

So, when my hellions get older and a bit more, oh, let's say "adventurous", I can keep the closet locked.

Anyone have HOA they hate? Yeah, #metoo
HOAs are the devil.

We had been renting a condo before we bought the house. Someone was trying to sell their condo across the way at the same time, they were trying hard to get us to look and make an offer. No thanks.

What are you trying to do to your place that they aren't allowing?

Can't be inexpensive though, is it? I wonder how it compares to take out in cost. I know the ingredients are prolly better.
I’ve never priced it out.

We don’t have an HOA, but we’ve been trying to track down info about the easements on our property because we are putting up a pole barn and need to make sure we don’t infringe on the easements.

The electric company used to have an easement for the highlines that go across the far side of our property, but when they sold to another company, the easements apparently didn’t get transferred. So now we are pretty sure there aren’t any rules we have to follow in terms of that area. I mean, the highlines are still there, but there’s no distance or area rules we need to comply with. Nice surprise.

Will be that last year for that.

Either we buy a place, or she gets fed up with me, and I buy a cooler place by myself. Too old to entertain the thought of moving to Chicago now

There's a company that works out of my town, their pricing seems to be about in line with take-out.

I’m about to pull the trigger on homemade pasta tools. A friend of mine has bullied me into it.

We do Home Chef fairly regularly and it's good.

A family we know did an exhaustive evaluation of the various companies by trying each one of them multiple times. It is their opinion that Home Chef is head and shoulders above the others.

We haven't tried any of the others, but we've been pretty happy with Home Chef.
Thank you I will investigate

Imma buy a sausage grinder
