We havent really has a complete defense since the Tressel years. Its usually one of pass/run D being really good and the other being really bad

Eh i liked the 14 title teams D. Whats lacked in recent years is LB play imo. McMillan was solid but that was 4 years ago. Harrison and Browning are good not great. Borland and Werner would not have started on most OSU D's since Tress got there.
