7 Years without a Cigarette

CONGRATS. I quit smoking around the same time frame i have no idea what the actual date was though. I smell them from my neighbors when they open their garage because his wife chain smokes in the garage during the winter and it is absolutely foul smelling. Smoke free is liberating.

Do you live in a tiny house neighborhood? Or maybe you’re a blood hound.

I’d smoke in the middle of the road just to piss you off if I bought a 450 square foot mansion down the street from you.

No it is only if im outside or have windows open and it is because the lady chain smokes so terribly that all year long the garage smells like a 400sq foot ash tray... smoking a cig doesnt bother me (its foul but not like this) it is the nasty giant ash tray smell that comes from their house.

side note is a "tiny house neighborhood" a real thing?

I never noticed it when i was a smoker how bad the residual smell was but id claim it is worse than actual cig smoke (smoked for 16 years).


That has to be somewhere in washington or oregon right??? lmfao this isnt just a sales lot its an actual thing?? LOLOL

LOL shoulda figured the tree hugger state woulda had something like that! foolish of me to not consider colorado.

I am just glad i am past the habit, i tried i dont know how many times to quit smoking , i wondered if id ever be able to quit.
 
Cigarettes are barf. Stinky and bad for your respiratory system.

My wife still smokes. The smell is terrible. I've taken the gloves off on this subject. I'll flat out tell her, "You fuckin stink. Go take a shower and brush your teeth."
 
I quit after I had a heart attack and needed quadruple bypass! Amazing how that will give you the incentive to quit!

Take my advice, quit before you need the same surgery, because you may not make it to surgery.

As for the smell....not only do I now notice the smell of smoke, (I didn't while I was smoking regularly) but I smell everything so much better now. Especially food now unfortunately...LOL...I've gained a little unwanted weight.

When my brother shows up and gets out his truck, I can smell the smoke. It really sticks to you. I never noticed that while I was smoking....
