Tempura - I had 1st hour Biology class in my Sophomore high school where the class was going to disect bullfrogs. They were not in formaldehyde but rather packed in fresh water and shrink wrapped. I asked my teacher if he would have his students for the remainder of the day remove the legs and place them in the refrigerator. At the end of the day, he had about a 5LB bag of them rascals and my mother cooked them Tempura style and served with fried rice. One of the best meals I ever had!!
