No, but her face is all kinds of messed up......my woman isn't a 10, 9 or 8 but she's a solid 7 and has smooth skin around her mouth and her cheeks.

It rarely changes.

Mixed field greens with light balsamic and a grilled chicken breast.

20 lightly salted almonds in the afternoon.

Currently though, it's Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt with granola (there seems to be a global Grape Nuts shortage).

If I had been drinking I probably would smash after she got on her hands and knees so I don't have to look at those wrinkles and cheeks.

You get flavored almonds? I can't stand almonds but have been eating salad more.....never tried balsamic.....usually Italian or Ranch. May try balsamic if it has some flavor.

Nope, just lightly salted almonds.

My opinion is that if you're having ranch dressing, you might as well have a sandwich.

I'm maniacal about what I eat during the day so that I can eat and drink what I want at night and still stay slim.

Last night I took some leftover braised short ribs and made a sandwich. We recently found St Elmo's Horseradish, and I tried it last night. Holy fucking shit. I love hot horseradish and this shit is on a completely other level. That stuff will strip the paint off your home and give your family a permanent orange afro.

I may need to find that horseradish.....I usually put mayo or mustard on my sammiches.
