I've had to reconcile 2.6 million dollar charge, it's off by $24. I figured out what is off, but not why. I've advised we just potentially short ourselves $24 rather than spending hours trying to figure it out which will cost more than $24.00

In processing over 100,000 tests, the counts are off by one between two sources. This is for september billing and we're still going over it, at this point, go with the lower number and eat the cost, or potentially eat the cost, of the extra test. That way if we're audited/reconciled they don't have to spend ions again looking at numbers wondering why they don't match
