Yeah that one surprises me. Dan is a huge personality though, so he is the kind of guy that can win if he gets the right staff around him. Though I also see him as the type to forget he is in charge and have poor game/clock management.

Staley also got fucked, he had spent all of his coaching career in Philly and they go outside the organization.
