I've reached out to a few places. I want covered parking too, so it's more.

Yeah limits the options for sure. You might get a deal but probably not. Unless you go rent a house or something like that and not from an apartment complex.. Though I am assuming you'd want an apartment complex and not worry about doing any upkeep
