The Fox River Mall in Appleton, WI is just 30 miles south of Green Bay.

And 20 minutes north of Oshkosh. Been to the Fox River Mall a lot over the course of my existence, but not recently.

That's pretty close to home, but not as close as one that happened a couple months ago... There was an active shooter in the parking lot of my father's workplace during shift change. Thankfully, my dad was already in the building when it happened.
 
wasn't there a mall shooting in wisconsin a few months ago/a year ago?
 
plenty of lying, sadistic whackadoodle trolls in Wisconsin. Hope the killer gets caught soon.
 
The suspect is 17 year old Dezman V. Ellis.
