So going the Chili Mac for lunch/dinner and, correspondingly, Loaded Nachos for Super Bowl Sunday this year.

Salsa (brand/flavor tbd)

Chips

Any other suggestions? Seems legit.

Mine and the wife's stuff is pretty straight forward. I used some deductions for the past two years but probably gonna switch to zero before I get my bonus this year for a few months. I was a single zero guy forever before I got married
Ours are not straight forward, but our accountant also runs the books for our business, so he at least withheld what he thinks we'll need to pay in from my year-end numbers. So hopefully we don't owe anything, or at least not much.

Just got done yelling at a client on the phone. Thinking I need some pizza, a beer, and a short nap to recoup for the afternoon.
 
Trying to use up some certain cuts of meat from our freezer and pulled a couple sirloins out for tonight. Going to go with red pepper pesto over the sirloin and a side of cacio e pepe.

Cooking new things is one of the few things pulling me through this fucking pandemic.
