A convo overheard between a couple last night at my SB party after an incomplete pass:

her: Did they just interception it?

him: what?

her: did they just interception it?

him: no.

her: so what happened?

him: ...

her: oh they...they...they just blocked it.

him: ...

her: is that an interception?

him: go get me another drink.
 
A great game this weekend played by a championship team. The offense was firing on all cylinders and the defense played lights out. Now we'll see if Brad Brownell can keep it up

I didn't really watch much of the game once it became a blowout.

nothing really appealed to me about the whole thing yesterday.

watched the Flyers beat the Caps and watched Koepka win in Phoenix while the snow fell...tacking the SB on the end of all that was a bit too much tv watching for me.

I made buffalo wings that came out pretty good.
 
Spent the evening quietly. Finished a books and started a new one. Must be good. I woke up on the couch at 6 am.

I am finishing up Piranesi by Susan Clarke...it's ok.

then I am going to pick up Sanderson's Rhythm of War from the library and try to get as far as I can before someone else puts another hold on it and takes it away from me again.

Tried Rim Pacific Rieslinger last night during the SB.....not too bad.

The fiance is considering not going to work after the SB.

Grilled some fish by the pool Saturday, drank a decent amount. Went on an airboat ride yesterday, then beers at a brewery, and picked up some pizzas for the sb. Need to clean up a bit today, and head to the airport. Flights at 6

my library does a 3 day quarantine for books coming in from borrows before letting the next person take it.

but also I have seen reports where surface contamination is very unlikely to be the cause for COVID spread.
