All I’m saying is weight training is superior in every way in terms of burning fat.

Cardio strengthens your cardiovascular system but it’s not a good method of fat burning.

If your goal is to lose weight, you need to lift hard.
If your goal is to lose weight, you need to eat less.

Exercise is not an effective means to lose weight, unless you are doing it hours each day.

You burn fat after your body burns available sugars, regardless of the exercise you are doing.
 
hey dont need to sell me, I had chicken strips yesterday for lunch

sometimes while working out, I think I could've just not had 3 beers the other day, but no here I am

I need to up my workout as my weight loss has level off, I'm holding steady at 180, but that's 15lbs down from fall of 2019. I'd like to get to 165-170 (well, I'd like to get to 160, but I think that would require eliminating beer and fried food which are my reasons to live)

I'll eat whatever the fuck I want and hope I can make it to 65-68 and be happy if I do.....eating salad more these days.
 
That’s why cardio is overrated. Cardio burns calories. Not fat. 10 sets of deads or squats or bench would do the job, burn fat, build muscle and allow for something like Qdoba to be useful.

But sitting down while exercising is hip right now.

my wifi connection went like 5 minutes into my ride last night...that annoyed me. Should have added another 10 minute hill ride to the end.

did a 20 minute with Kendall Toole...she's a babe and not a bad instructor. Going to try one of her more intense rides soon.
