not saying all somebody should do is ride a bike, but if I just did one or the other, I'd lose more weight on the bike.

Hell, on the bike I can consume food while working out and still lose more weight and be in way better shape than just picking things up and putting them down.

I used to think like Rob. I was going riding with my nerd friends from IBM who had never played a real sport in their lives and couldn't squat me if I was on their back... and then got fucking smoked about 15 minutes into the ride when my pick things up and put them down muscles let me down.
