One already graduated college in June. The other two are younger - 4th and 6th grade.

sure, cadence changes happen... but there's an efficiency zone for each rider and as the cadence drops, so does that efficiency.

maybe just a cool down ride...I don't think an intense ride with teddies slappin all over the place would be pretty cringy.

More of a comment about mountain biking never really having a set cadence, and that's what I like doing when I'm biking in the real world

forget the efficiency zone, just go into the zone, like in soul. you find that "spark" enter the zone, chill out to some jams while eating some delicious foods and talking to your cat. Soul is just about getting high, right?
