Just had a COVID swab test to see if I'm allowed to bring this countries extremely low infection rate to the USA (thanks Joe!).

Man that test sucked. Hard to believe NFL players had to take those multiple times per day.

They all have CTE anyway, that swab was nothing for them

It was delicious thanks for asking

I had two beers and one cheeseburger last night

I had a tuna poke bowl with purple rice, avocado, spicy sprouts, pickled jalapeños, pickled cabbage, fire sauce and a glass of water.

This morning, 5 tbs pea protein, 2 tbs hemp protein, 2 tbs peanut butter, 1 cup frozen fruits & berries, 1/4 banana and 12 mini chocolate chips.

10 minutes to Wapner.
