I'm around it plenty too. Spent 5 days on 60 miles of remote river, back in June with a buncha smokers, getting fucked up nightly, and it didn't bother me.

I had a double by=pass at 38. I told myself I was done, and now it almost feels like I never smoked. Like it's hard to picture it and weird to see in pictures.
