from what i understand, people that have never dealt with or seen wintry conditions are amazing in them, it's transplants that suck in conditions they're used to.What happens when people never have ever dealt with something like ice.

We got some snow. Doesn't look like the 11 inch range here, but other spots are reporting 10 inches. I think the drive was worse with the first snow storm.
