They have zero skillset for driving in the snow and ice. It's pretty bad in Cincy because they only get like 1 shot a year at it. You see people laying on their brakes thinking that going slow and constantly stomping on their brakes is the way to go. And those people cause the accidents between holding up traffic or sliding and getting themselves caught in bad situations at lights.
