Wednesday thread for morning guys

By “got” I assume you mean have a 4Runner and you didn’t trap it like a wild animal right @Bender.

How long have you had it?
It's a 2018, so not very long. But I also had one back in high school and I beat the living shit out of it and never took care of it because I was a spoiled fuck, and still, I had no problems with it.

prob one of those old Kirby's that my mom made me carry up from the basement for her when I was a kid.

We have a Kirby. Thing is heavy as shit, but it's the best. Had it for about 12 years now. We use the shampoo attachment quite frequently as well.

I opted for this one because I'd had a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and I didn't like the new transmission system, so I wanted something proven. They haven't made any material changes to the 4Runners guts in a LONG time. Thing is bulletproof.

They also look badass. Mine's SuperWhite. Looks like a storm trooper from the front.

BUT! If you go to buy one, or lease one, or steal one or what the fuck ever, and it has the shitty OEM Dunlap tires on it, tell them to fuck off and change them.

It would be the exact same had I leased a car.

Maybe. I have a lease and I don’t even know where a repair shop is. I guess $400 is a small price to pay to have a real defrost system, windshield, wipers, not being on the radar of my repair shop etc etc

Different strokes.

That thing looks bad ass.

Don't forget the lease forcefield that prevents any other cars from backing into you.

Someone in my building drives that same car/color. Does look nice. Things a tank, though

If you arent buying your tires at Costco, youre doing it wrong.
my last set of tires I didn't buy from Costco, Costco wouldn't sell me the tires I wanted ( i don't know why, they insisted I buy run flats, I hate run flats and I have a a spare. I'm sure they eventually would've sold me the tires I wanted, but was annoyed)

but local shop matched Costco on price of tires I wanted anyways and included lifetime tire rotations, so

but costco is high on my list for tire shopping

It won’t get totaled when you get drunk and back into a light pole.

Obviously, everybody's situation is different. I just have a thing against interest and non-equity liabilities.
how will people know I'm not a poor if I don't drive around new car?

I've got no problems with that. It's keeping other people from hitting my parked (in designated spaces) car that I have an issue with

I believe you. And you’ve convinced me to never lease again. Thank you.
