That's a tough one, I have some 25 year old Klipsch KG-4's and they still rock. I also have two pairs of Bose speakers and some headphones. I'm gonna give the nod to Bose for one reason, their Wave radio.I bought one for my wife and was amazed at how much awesome sound came out of that box

Agreed. My Klipsch horns are about the same age and can still rattle the windows with them but Bose speakers are so much more efficient. I have a Bose CineMate for the TV, sub and woofers for the living room stereo and Sound Links for the patio.
