One could argue that Rodgers made his WRs stars. Jennings, Nelson and Cobb weren't nearly effective when they signed with other teams.

That's a valid point but I will say Jennings seemed done before he got to Minny, Jordy was already done when he got to Oakland and Cobb is still kicking but not at the level he was in GB. The point is Rodgers had these guys in their prime while the other teams had them at the end of their careers minus Cobb since he's still playing but he's close to it.
