Legal question for the board lawyers and laymen.

Legally as long as you don't piss on your neighbor you should be fine.

You can pee. But if you knowingly turn towards her, they could get you for exposure I think. Try it and get back to us.

This thread makes me sad.

This is why waterfront property costs so much.

My personal life goal is to piss on a manatee.

There was a book that spoke directly to this subject that was out not so long ago,....I don't remember the name of the book, but I do remember the author,... Mr. I.P. Freeley.

I have a nice patio in my backyard and as most men do, I piss outside as often as possible. I have a privacy fence around the yard, so no problem.

Recently, my old neighbor lady put in some sort of elevated gazebo structure next to her pond in her backyard that allows her to look into my yard.

Can i still pee freely without worry of some public exposure bullshit?

TIA.

If you are in Japan you are ok but in most places in the US there are urinating in public laws. Specifically, if anybody can see it.

Now if she starts bringing over lasagna? Maybe it's ok.....

I'd see what code says and I'll bet they are way out of it.

Just a thought.

Encroachment can be visual in some States and circumstances.

Do your business and move on. No eye contact and certainly no more than one or two shakes. Because then you're jacking it for your old ass neighbor and things get weird
