That's gonna be tough although I'll admit that I'm not familiar with Minnesota's homicide statutes. Here in NH I believe we have murder 1, murder 2, manslaughter, negligent homicide in that order.

I believe in having a cops back, and would jump in to help a cop if they needed it. But this cop. This cop is the worst kind of superiority complexed, ultra cunt, power driven, hide behind a badge, cunt. Especially if he was already dying from an overdose.
