First thing...use seatgeek. So I bought tickets for the Indians home opener on April 5. Received confirmation from Stub Hub that it was confirmed. Later in the evening I get an email from them stating the tickets are no longer available due to guess what? Covid restrictions.
Fine and dandy. But in place of giving me a refund they are giving me a credit. Bullshit!
Tickets for that game were advertised, they accepted my payment. It feels like they are holding my money hostage and forcing me to purchase tickets again. I wasn't happy but would have tried to purchase re-issued tickets. No tickets are available.
I want my money back. I just got off the phone with my bank to dispute the charge.
Anyone had an experience like this??

Had something similar at the beginning of the pandemic for concert tickets i bought a few months prior. I'm not sure I would have been able to dispute the charge since it was atleast two months since i bought them.So I bought tickets for the Indians home opener on April 5.
