I've bought a lot of tickets via StubHub and have run into issues two or three times. In each case, their customer service went above and beyond in my opinion to keep me satisfied.

It's been a while, so things might have changed over there, but historically, I've been very satisfied with StubHub service.

Yes, I would assume they would be tighter, but so would any ticket service.

Point being, I've been very pleased with their level of service and I have no reason to think differently relative to their competition.
