I have two theories:

1) You have normal lips, but wear the appropriate clothing per the weather conditions
2) You are benefitting from the special water only found in Ohia and are impervious to dry conditions

They're both about 25 minutes from me, forgot about road construction. Albertville is shrinking, premium side is mostly empty, puma and converse moved

I've never been to Eagan, maybe next time.

I prefer Albertville actually. Don't think Eagan even has a Reebok anymore. Was hoping they would have that massive "waterpark hotel" project done by now...but it's not even a thing anymore I guess...
