Gonna have ham for days here.
Don't quite understand my MIL's method, but whatever. We dropped the ham off at their place Saturday evening so they could start it Sunday afternoon. She cooked it Saturday night instead. So, we reheated it again.
Got more work done on the baseball fields over the weekend. Hoping the weather cooperates for opening day on Saturday.
My mother-in-law is generous, and has been very helpful, but cooking is not among her interests.Re-heated ham

Two of my best friends (they're brothers) were sent to CT and MA for boarding schools. They had good experiences and each went on to complete outrageous educations, but I just could not see sending my kid away at 14/15 years old.The kids whose parents shipped them off to boarding school moved away from their cold family after graduating? Ya don't say
Yeah, no shit. How about a little passover love, you dickheads?Easter is getting too much play
boarding schools seem kinda weird tbh. arent most of them dude only? passssssssssssssTwo of my best friends (they're brothers) were sent to CT and MA for boarding schools. SA was in boarding schools for a lot of her childhood. She probably wouldn't have made it out of South Africa without it. It wasn't for education, though, it was for sports.
Eh, most of the hockey strong schools in MA are boys only.I don't think that's true.
The only all boy boarding schools that I'm aware of are military academies for bad kids.
The boarding schools my friends went to were very exclusive places.
See if Buck get thrown into coach pitch (glorified tball) since he hasn't played in a couple years. Farm League has too many kids for 1 team but not quite enough for 2 teams. I'm sure if they don't get more kids, he'll get sent down. He probably won't want to play again after. His buddy only decided to play this year since he was going to play again. They could end up not playing with each other again. That will be 2 kids that won't play again and the dominoes continue to fall. Telling me it's a small town problem. No dipshits, it's an organization problem that the kids aren't having fun and wanting to come back out or are heading to other teams. When my brother played with this town, they had 3 farm league teams and 2 little league teams.
Coach them then, Bombay
I would if they'd let me, but they already have their coaches they want. I'm an outsider as everyone my brother played with over there is no longer involved. I was told they ran them out, guess they won too many baseball titles during my brother's time.Coach them then, Bombay
Wait...Gonna have ham for days here.

Most hams are precooked, in theory you're just reheating it anyways.Gonna have ham for days here.

Wait...
You let your in-laws cook your kid?![]()
Yeah, it was already smoked, but I don't really understand how taking the whole time to heat it one day and then re-heating it the next does any good. She even has (and used) an electric roaster to do the cooking, so it's not like she was trying to save oven space or something. Most hams are precooked, in theory you're just reheating it anyways.
I too am confused by her method
